Administrators hold the technical permissions to protect pages, delete pages and block accounts. Nothing else.

== Limits ==
* An administrator involved in a content dispute does not use admin tools in that dispute.
* Protection is for stopping edit wars and vandalism, never for freezing a preferred version.
* Blocks are preventative. A block issued because somebody was rude to you is a misuse of the tool.
* Deletion is for pages that cannot be fixed: fabrications, attack pages, and articles whose entire premise is false. "Not funny" is a reason to edit, not to delete.
